Returns Policy

Any return must have prior approval from Splash.  You will need to contact us for approval.

Items that DO NOT qualify for returns would any item that is a custom printed, embroidered, laser engraved, and heat pressed item.  These items have been made for you, and can not be resold to anyone else.  Please contact us to inquire if your items will be allowed for a return.

You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  

You should expect to receive your refund within3 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.


You may choose to pick up your order in our store.  There is no cost for doing this.

SELECTING FLAT RATE (5-7 BUSINESS DAYS) DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER SHIPS FASTER.  Since the majority of our items are custom we are not able to expedite shipping.  5-7 business days is when you should expect to receive your items ONCE IT IS SHIPPED.  That does not mean we are shipping your item(s) in 5-7 days.

PLEASE READ IN FULL: I understand that when ordering custom items (printed, embroidered, or otherwise decorated) they are created JUST FOR ME - and take time to complete. This time can range from 10 to 20 business days (Monday-Friday) and can be impacted by Holidays and peak order times (Start of sports seasons).

Due to the current Pandemic, items are taking longer for us to receive from the warehouses. Many items are also out of stock. Please know we are doing our best to get you your order in a timely manner but some things are out of our control.

Decorated items are made per order which means these items are NOT REFUNDABLE. If you are needing this for a holiday or special event PLEASE SPECIFY this in your order notes and we will do our best to accommodate your order.

In stock items on the other hand can be retuned with a Splash Return Authorization. Please contact Splash for further information on possible return and restrictions.
